Trouble with the button?  If clicking the button doesn’t do anything, your device may have the "Pop-Up Blocker" enabled. A recent Apple update has turned this feature on by default. To disable it:  - Open Settings  - Use the search bar to look for “Pop-Up”  - Select the option to turn off the blocker  Once disabled, try clicking the button again.
